Well, well, I think this is late  news. ANYWAYS, it’s still good news.

Muse is coming to Mexico!

According to muse.mu, Muse will come to Mexico on that date (April 20, 2010).

I feel really excited because I’ve been wanting to see them again since last year! I saw them at Monterrey, and they were fucking awesome. I can surely bet you guys the concert at Foro Sol will be 10 times more insane than the one at Monterrey!

Yes, Muse is closer to returning in Mexico!

6 United States Shows in the early 2010  have been recently announced, which means they may be coming to Mexico soon!

Although they will have their european festivals and Wembley Concerts after those shows in the US, lets hope they won’t forget mexican and latin american fans too! We want Muse back here!

Hello!, It’s been a while since my last entry!

Today, I was randomly browsing the Internet, and I found out on Absolut Noise that Du Pacque is finally releasing an album!

While reading this interview in which Matilda, the lead singer, clearly states the band waited three years to release the album because they “didn’t see a reason (or the money) to release a record (or three) on our own if someone would do it with us, and it would rather be one great debut album than three not so good. But we found the right people to work with now, they’re sweet”, I was struck by the foreshadowing of something great, and inferred their debut album will be outstanding!

Moreover, the interview also talks about the similarities Du Pacque has with other bands, and overall, about what has been going on with them for the past three years.

The Internet is nourishing our styles and preferences every second, thus leaving us a gigantic variety of choices. Right now, we have the opportunity to hear Bands from other countries without the necessity of leaving our computer; A few months ago, I was browsing random myspace websites from bands all around the world, and discovered my preferences regarding music have changed.

I was really disappointed by some bands, and really impressed by others, but the one that really took my attention and has a special glow is the sweedish band Du Pacque

Their fresh and mesmerizing sound reminded me that there are Independent Artists all around the world, making music in their homemade studios just for fun. They haven’t released any album, yet I still encourage you to listen to them, they have an outstanding sound, and a solid foundation based on each one of their instruments that gives their songs depth.

Listen to them, and if they manage to please you, support them. I assure that you’ll love and acclaim them after you’ve heard them, or… at least I will.
